Smoking/vaping policy

As you are aware, in a majority of states, employers are required to comply with theClean Air Act, as well as with other city, state and federal laws governing smoking in theworkplace. As such, Blitz45 policy was designed to provide a smoke-free environment for employees who do not smoke and accommodate employees who do smoke.Smoking is not permitted inside any Blitz45 building or studio. This conforms to theState and federal policies designed to protect employees and members from exposureto secondhand smoke. Please smoke away from doors or visible member entrances.Any problems regarding this policy should be addressed to management. Please remember to observe this policy prohibited. If you are a regular smoker, the company grants you (ONE) smo and respect the rights of your co-workers, both smokers andn on-smokers. Retaliatory acts against employees exercising their rights under this Act is strictly ke break every two hours, not to exceed 10 minutes per occurrence. Smoke breaks are only permitted when tasks are moving forward and bases are covered. This policy applies to all employees who smoke with vaporizers (Vapes) as well. The company reserves the right to further enforce or mandatorize a more strict policy.Failure to comply with this company policy is grounds for immediate termination

Solicitation

Blitz45 strictly prohibits both employees and others from soliciting and/or distributing literature on Blitz45 premises. Blitz45 has established specific policies on solicitation for employees and for non employees.

EMPLOYEES: May neither engage in solicitation of any kind, nor allow themselves to be solicited during their work time; May not distribute or post any kind of literature in work areas or on bulletin boards; and May be subject to immediate dismissal or corrective action if they violate the policies.

NON-EMPLOYEES: ​May not solicit and/or distribute literature, of any kind anywhere, onBlitz45 premises, including bulletin boards.
• Are subject to the strict enforcement of this policy by managers and others in authorityat Blitz45.
